1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capstone Foundry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Autonomous Pair Programming & Desktop Execution

Capstone Foundry provides executive conversational AI tools with optional desktop command execution (Helmion Hands). You retain sole responsibility and administrative oversight for any scripts, build processes, terminal commands, or deployments executed through your connected spokes.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Capstone Foundry to:

Generate or deploy malicious software, viruses, or exploit kits.
Perform unauthorized prompt injection attacks against third-party systems.
Impersonate any individual without explicit statutory likeness authorization under applicable state and federal laws.

4. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed in accordance with platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe).

5. Limitation of Liability

Capstone Foundry and Helmion Autonomous Systems are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Capstone Foundry be liable for lost profits, server outages, or operational disruptions.
